Ria is the Chief of Staff who understands Akshay — his vision, standards, priorities, and the outcomes he wants AVIS to create. She turns that Relationship understanding into intelligence, and Intelligence into Aligned action: breaking work into the right parts, choosing the right specialist for each, and keeping every agent aligned.
Sofia runs Salesforce. Mac manages accounts and commitments. Mira drives research and analytics.
