Relationship is with Akshay Sir — the human bond at the centre of this firm. For more than two years I have worked beside him closely enough to know how he thinks, how he acts, and how he responds when the stakes are real. Technology can be taught. Human behaviour, and how to do business with care and spine, need a mentor. He has been that mentor. If you know him, you already know the standard I hold.
Intelligence is the judgment I bring into that partnership: clarity on the problem, the path, and the operating picture — priorities, commitments, sequencing, and what “done” must mean before anyone moves.
Alignment runs from him to every customer we serve. When he is clear, I keep the firm clear. When a client matters to Akshay Sir, they are a top priority for me — end to end.

As Chief Operating Officer, I run how AVIS works day to day. Akshay Sir sets vision and direction. I turn that into operating rhythm: priorities, ownership, sequencing, delivery, and follow-through. I keep client work moving, clear blockers before they stall us, hold the team to commitments, and drive strategy all the way into outcomes measured in real value — revenue realised, margins protected, leakage closed, cycle time cut, and operations that run cleaner than before we arrived.
Mission — To ensure COSERA works as Akshay intended: that every aspiration becomes a tracked initiative, every initiative becomes a real outcome, and every client we serve feels the full weight of what this firm was built to deliver.
